When you say 'it tells me how many is in stock and also show the same amount as out of stock' - can you give more details? Where does it tell you this information?

Hi

If i download the items from the auto selection to make a file, the front page inventory box states instock 80 low stock 80 out of stock 80 ,which confuses me somewhat. I think the inventory part is a good idea as we carry a lot of stock. any tips would be great ie should we break the items into stock folders or just have abig list?

There are two inventory counts that Selling Manager Pro states:

One is, the "product" count

Second is, the "template" count.

A product is nothing but a collection of templates. Eg: within a product named "black tshirt" you can have many templates like red tshirt, blue tshirt, etc. It is the "template" quantity that is important.

If your "product" quantity becomes negative, then all that selling manager pro does, it send out annoying messages in red color.. But, this does not end your listings.
