Speaking to powerseller support today, they hinted at changes next month around new users and negatives and new procedures being put in place to help us out. I put in a suggestion that a new user should be redirected to a "What to do now document" before they are allowed to add a negative, and in that document it will give the user guides around contacting the seller etc. It sounds like this may be added.
