Default Amazon Feedback - When should I be worried?

Below is my feedback on Amazon, been selling on ther since June. I have had a couple of negatives recently. Just wanted to ask the experienced Amazon sellers whether I need to be worried about my account getting suspended.

Default Re: Amazon Feedback - When should I be worried?

Your best way to guage if you account is under threat, is from the customer matrics.

In your account main page, under reports click 'view customer matrics' and this will bring up a screen with all your percentages and other info as well.

At the top of that pagte will be 4 boxes, withn either a green tick, yellow warning or big red cross.

All green ticks is good.

Under all this, is the order cancellation rates etc which have a percentage, and as long as everything is within limits, your ok. Keep an eye on it, as it can tell you where you are going wrong, and if improvements are needed.

Hope this helps
