Default How many of you using Royal Mail Bulk discount?

Hello everyone, just thinking if its gonna be much cheaper than normal royal mail service.
I've seen a lot people using DHL or UPS, but they are really expensive, compared with Royal Mail, like £7-£8 on each item.
So im looking to using Royal Mail Bulk Discount, any of you using it? And how do you find it?

Thanks in advance.

A lot of people use DHl and parcelforce via www.parcel2go.co.uk as they give much better rates for parcels upto 30kg, usually £5-6 max

In respect to RM your better off going onto PPI system, and if your sending lots of parcels get a collection.

I use PPI and find it an excellent service. Invoiced every 30 days and mail is priced based on average weight and you get volume discounts as well. Its great when your sending out a 160g item and also have 4 50g items, because it means you pay for under 100g on every item. I personally list some small items that sell just above cost as a way to discount the larger items I sell to maximise profits. This helps me get 250g+ packages for under 100g price.

yeah i've been to that website but still the price is higher than i could make decent profit off.
Say there is this thing costs me £100 to buy and sell for £125, but it weighs 2kg, so after that theres not a lot to make.
Thanks anyway.
