Does anyone know whether that is technically legal? That really is scandalous though.

Also read his feedback, for some reason someone has left positive saying "Never arrived" lol.

Yeah i read that maybe it was lost in post and he refunded

is this actually against ebay rules or...? Best was a bloke selling normal 20p's for £5 each or something, with people thinking they were the mule ones worth £100s, he sold about 300 of them I think and had 100s of questions. Funniest thing was he was 100% honest in the listing!
