I don't think it will put people off.....most people don't care how it arrives. As far as they are concerned its not their problem. I have decided to have a week off lol.....

Hi Ive got stock stuck at the moment dont want to use royal mail dues to strikes etc, you mentioned courier service but would that be true for smaller itmes aswell ? also dont they all use royal mail for the last bit if the delivery ? Any recommendations for a cheap courier who can do smaller items aswell as the large ones ?

Apparently Special Delivery and ParcelForce are unaffected by any strike action - so I'll be using them.

As long as we keep our customers well informed of the situation we should be able to ride it ok.

Aslong as your customers know that the strikes are going on i dont think there will be a problem, Surely there will only be a 2/3 day delay and if you let your customers know about this once they order you should be fine.

I have received number of e-mails from customers asking about postal delays but haven't seen any effect on sales yet.
