How do I accept credit cards?
Hey
I've had a few customers recently ask me if I accept credit cards on eBay. I searched the forum but couldn't find anything, so what do I need to do in order to accept credit cards on eBay? Regards

Yes - buyers can use PayPal to pay via credit card.

Re: How do I accept credit cards?
PayPal allows buyers to attach their credit or debit cards to their account.

Re: How do I accept credit cards?
not worth doing coz you'd need a merchant account with a bank that allows you to take a card without the cardholder being present. or use a payment provider - who would charge fees much like paypal. the marchat account route is a lot of hard work and is also expensive - see this from rbs http://www.rbsworldpay.com/products/...page=ecom&c=UK

Re: How do I accept credit cards?
Personally I would go with SagePay - http://www.sagepay.com/
£30 for the payment gateway, 1000 transactions and your merchant account. It works out a lot cheaper than Paypal.
