Don't agree with this at all, when i was just a buyer years ago, i never once left negative feedback for any sellers despite the fact that many deserved it, this was because i was scared of getting negative back, therefore many bad sellers were getting away with bad service.

Im not saying the system now doesn't let the buyer get away with murder, ebay should definately put in certain measures to stop the sort of problems the thread starter has experienced but abolishing the buyer feedback was the best thing ebay have done in a long time

that used to be the case Fray but us as sellers can no longer leave a neg for a customer, no matter how good your service or manner there are just some awful people out there who would leave a neg out of badness.

I have only only every had 1 neg and that was because the customer could not read and wanted something for nothing which we refused point blank. On the whole our customers are very good and honest people but I guess you will always find the arse one day
