PS3 for £150 - Seller has no feedback - would you buy ????
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sony-PlayStati...item2556f9e259
Just seen this on ebay, 80GB for £150 !! The seller has no feedback and has sold 9 already today and has one left. I feel this will end in tears for the buyers !!

He / She has already sold 9, me thinks there is going to be a lot of very unhappy people
when this story unfolds.
Something very dodgy
Cheers

If the seller is out to do them all over they will just cash out and run away leaving everyone out of pocket.

PayPal will refund the buyers and place the seller account into a negative balance.
The seller will then need to repay the funds to balance his PayPal account - or expect the bailiffs!

Not in my experience. Paypal refund yout the money from the sellers Paypal account. But if the seller has already banked the money al lPaypal do is send you an email saying you will be refunded when the seller adds funds to their Paypal account - aka NEVER

Do Paypal not hold funds until either posative feedback has been left or 21 days has passed? If this is the case then I can't see how the seller can scam anyone. Lookes a bit dodgy though I must admit.
