As above anybody with any experience of this? Customs, costs etc?

Just make sure you use courier instead of Royal Mail. Don't forget the extra compensation.

Yes, if send anything at all - ONLY via a courier service (expensive, doh!)

Personally I wouldn't send anything at all, lol

Most of our russian clients ask for goods to be sent to Finland. i guess then then drive over the border, collect the godos and go back into Russia.

Shipped a few games to Russian Federation by RM,not had any problems.
I have 2 EU countries blocked in my Ebay acct Italy & Portugal both seem very acomplished at losing mail.

There seem to be quite a few sellers who choose not to send their goods to Italy. I had one dubious customer but don't want to block the country though as the percentage of having someone like him seems to be slim.

Sent a few to Russia - no problem.
Sent quite a lot to Portugal - so far so good.
