I am sure I read something like this before but here is a good one for you. A customer from Brazil buys a product from us 9.42am yesterday which we had packed and sent out for delivery (Have proof) at 14.48pm now I think that is a good turn round by any standard.
Anyway today a dispute has being raised via Paypal last night at 23.10pm now how on earth did they think we could deliver from the UK to Brazil in that time is it me or have they shot themselves in the foot, but we still have to now jump through hoops I guess with Paypal to prove we have done nothing wrong.
Must be me because we are getting them at the moment
