It annoys me they have no real competition, they need competition. Such a hugh amount of money needed to compete though. So I'm waitng for Virgin Bay or Her Majesty's Bidding Palace.

Get their phone number and give them a call, explain that the problem can easily be resolved if they allow you to do so. Resolve the problem and at the same time send a feedback revision request. Negative feedback is not the end of the world, I doubt it will affect sales.

Other than just saying because it's ebay, I would have to agree with HH on this one, closely followed by some customers
