Damn, my fp polos were posted on 26/10 or 27/10. Still no update on the RM website about the progress of it. Its being delivered to SG to me, using signed for.

i posted 30 packets on the 9/10. all but 2 have reached their destination!

I'm now having to claim against RM for the loss of my packets as its been longer than 15 days.

i suggest calling them as they may have more detailed information on their systems. although don't hold your breath!

i was told by the customer service rep, that recorded mail is treated exactly the same as normal post, its just you have a siginture once its been delivered.

It will not make it guarenteed or tracable or quicker by using recorded mail, only Special Delivery is guarenteed, at a cost of triple the price of course! Booo

Use a different carrier, there are loads at the moment fighting for a market share!
