You're looking at it the right way.

Good work on the profit too, not bad at all.

thats mostly on xbox live codes only downside is i only make £1.20-£1.80 depending on the us dollars to gbp exchange rate per item so i've been very busy. i'm on about 80 sold so far since the 26th october

what do you think £1,600 sales figures according to ebay in 30 days does that warrant powerseller status?

PowerSeller status has been replaced with Top Rated status, which is much harder to achieve. If you keep up that turnover you would of been a PowerSeller, but I don't know if you'll qualify as a Top Rated seller as there's many other factors that determine this (have a look on eBay help pages).

My thoughts are to send everything (except the couple of quid items) by recorded. That way you cant be fooled with, But like others and yourself have said, you have made good profit, so to get this one over with ring the customer, double check, and then refund, your not really losing out are ya?

The tracking for recorded is so unreliable though. And usually when you weigh up the cost of refunding the one or two that go 'missing' against sending every package by recorded, you're better off to just refund the missing ones.

Definitely. Not saying it was a bad idea.

I know I'll be more careful when sending stuff out, I hear about it so much, and there are people out there who sit at home doing this to alot of people

if you send by recorded delivery you are more easily covered for getting your cost of goods back. as my letter from RM said they cannot confirm postage but could see no problems on route during the posting of the item's time frame. my luck though i forgot to put a photo copy of my invoice in from buying the goods from the wholesaler so i got no cash just stamps! could have got a further £11.25 back by the sounds of it.

On another good point i have just hit my 100th feedback with 100% and 5.0 dsr's over 63 ratings and a 4.9 on postage/dispatch time for 10 ratings. (I think that came from someone disappointed that i went to bed at 1am and they made an order at 9am and received there code at 11 am when i got up can't please everyone 100% though i suppose.
