If the funds are not claimed after 30 days the payment should be returned, I had a similar problem a while back

Yeah thanks guys. I rang paypal at their highly unreasonable international call rates and after 15 minutes of being constantly put on hold, you basically have 2 options

1. The seller can add the email address to their paypal account and clear the funds
2. You will have to wait 30 days for the payment to bounce back

Oh the joys of paypal!
