Iv messed up and sent a masspay file to the wrong email address. Is there actually a way I can reverse this as I tried to look it up and have not been able to find an answer

Oh dear :S I don't think yuo can mate as i've never seen anything to do with mass file reversals before maybe some of the more experienced Paypal users can suggest something. If you funded your a/c through a credit card possible do a chargeback? Not sure if you can say to paypal it was an unathorized transaction? Best of luck.

Only thing you can really do is phone paypal if the status isn't completed, either that or if you get no luck from paypal, ask the receiver nicely to return payment and cross your fingers!

Or you could try and open an email account with that email addy and add it to a paypal account.

Is it a wrong e-mail address as in a typo or a actual personal e-mail address that you picked from the wrong place

Yeah, if its to an invalid email address, i take it that the transaction would be automatically voided?

I gave someone the wrong address one time. The address was not even a real one, I just got my fingers crossed, as I am wont to do.

Poor guy! It was his last hundred dollars and I had lost it for him. So, I shipped the order anyhow, it was my mistake, no doubt.

Of course, with the understanding I would get the money when he got it back.

That was mid-July and apparently he has never gotten it back, since I have not ever seen it.

Since then I have received over 100 dropship orders from him, so I am not losing any sleep over it and when last I inquired about it he proved to me just how much I had influenced his thinking, because he rapidly used one of my own replies to him - "It a cost of doing business."

I'll be more than happy to donate $100 to any new customer who places 100 orders with me. I don't make a whole lot per order, but it does add up.
