Excuse me if this isn't posted in the correct place.

I was just wondering what everybody who uses Paypal does to account for Paypal fees when submitting expenses.

Are there any quick and easy methods for altering periods etc?

Cheers.

You can download your transaction history via PayPal and often upload into an accounting package. If that isn't possible, they you can download into the form of a ledger and process it manually.

Could you point me in the general direction? I've always done it manually as have never been able to find anything that will arrive at any sort of monthly total etc

Head over to http://business.paypal.co.uk and login to your account from there. You will find all sorts of highly detailed totals, charts and financial particulars. You can also access similar information through your 'history' tab when logged in to your account.
