Default bid retractions on ebay

ive got a guy who is interested in buying some items off my shop he has sent a couple of messages asking how many of an item i have and then if he buys a certain amount will he get a discount, anyway he only has very low feedback score but no negatives however he has made 9 bid retractions in the last 6 months

ive been on ebay for a few years now and have never retracted a bid

9 in 6 months sounds like he is a butterfly any thoughts on possible problems ahead for me as alarm bells are starting to sound

ask him to talk to you on msn or somethin? Or maybe let him buy and if he doesnt pay report to ebay, as he wouldnt be retracting a bid if he won. You can also cliam your fees back if he doesnt pay up.

he's back on so ive sent him some more photos of the items that he wanted
maybe he is thinking the same as me
that would be a laugh

was considering taking it outside ebay but im not going to now i'll take a hit on the fees but there you go

the thing i hadnt considered about ebay was the way the listing fees for unsold items skelp your profits for sold items i'll need to build them in from now on

coming round to the idea that selling in bulk on ebay is the way to do it
same amount of work for more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they havent paid for it yet right enough so i wont count chickens until the money is in

think i may have been right enough about the age thing but i will have to wait and see
