Default Ebay help

Hi,
Today I checked my email and saw that I had outstanding ebay fees to be paid. To my amazment, it was £10.00! Since this month and last month I have only sold one item which the fees for that totaled to £5.00.

To make sure I checked the fee's from the last 4 months and guess what.....the other £5.00 came from using the Seller Manager Tool! I thought it was free to use?!

Thanks

Selling Manager is Free, however Selling Manager Pro is charged at £4.99 per month.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for the quick response. I definitely know that I'm using the Free Seller Manager. Just trying to figure out where that £5.00 came from...

Goto:

My Account > Subscriptions > And see what you are subscribed to.

Any active subscriptions will show up in there. The other way to do it is just to simply go through your account balance with a thin comb and go through everyday of the period you are trying to figure out where the money has come out of. Depending on how active you are this could take a few minutes or several

Failing that, email eBay Billing..

Lets us know how you get on..

E-mail and ask ebay. Also was it for £5 exactly or £4.99?

Maybe a sale from months and months ago as i havd a account with £3 fees on it from over a year ago.
