Recertified basically means a product that has been sent back to the vendor for whatever reason, it has then gone back to the factory, thoroughly tested and sent back out for sale. Once an item has been sold and returned it cannot be called new when sold again, hence the term recertfied. Recertified is different to refurbished, refurbished are used products which are then overhauled with new parts and made as good as new.

This stock was originally all re-packaged but I had them taken out of the packs for cheaper less bulky shipping from the US.
