Very nice Anthony, very slick and ultra professional. Have to say that the new logo does look fantastic as well, I think its the best part of the new design. Very good work and very impressive.

Sucks! The topic title is all squeezed up, the contrast is hard for my old eyes and the font size 1 of the quick reply box is so small I can't read what I'm entering.

In addition, the "New Posts" lick, which is how I enter each trip is buried up top.

I'm sure the banner to the right is some nice income, but bu focing everything to the left you have made it harder to read.

Can't you hit Control Z and bring the old one back?

I preffered the old design, probably because ive been here since the start and im used to it. Like pete said, its all squashed. At the top, there is no real need for 2 logout buttons, next to each other.

Sorry for being a grump, but i liked the old colours, they made it completely unique.

Suggestions:

Moving the control panel to the hompage only, at the top.
Making posts fill the whole page.
Making peoples username bigger. They are too small and not really dominent.
Keeping the little green light that shows if users are logged on or not. That was a sweet little thing.
Getting rid of the bloody ad's for registered users. So annoying!
Where has the 'THE' gone from the logo, now its just whoesale forums?
The search box is a nice idea, but would look better in a different place.

Apart from that, its a needed change, but im still unsure about some things, rant over, sorry.

Matt

When you click on 'user profile' over < it always comes up with "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view"

Is that a new feature coming soon?

Oh, Please please please revert it back. This forum skin really hurts my eyes -_-"

This makes my eyes so hurt. I dont know if it's because of the colour or what. but I prefer the old version.

Thank you

I appreciate the comments made so far, thanks for that.

To pick up on a few things.

@ Pete - What resolution & browser are you running? What do you mean about the contrast? Are you saying that green is harder to read than bright yellow and brown?

The right hand navigation has been developed to increase the number of resources that we can provide members. I play to place a lot more items in there in the next few weeks. We have removed the banner at the top right and moved it to the right instead.

@ World of Software - The reason why 'the' is not present is for branding reasons.

@ iBuy - I ask the same question as to Pete, what resolution and browser are you running?

@ DSC - That looks to be an error, I've sent an email to the designer. Good spot. What did you think of the design?
