We will be following Sony's distribution laws on here and enforcing that the Sony PS3 Games Console will NOT be allowed to be sold to unauthorised countries.

This means the forum will not allow sellers to sell or advertise the PS3 console to buyers from countries where the product is not yet released and by Sony's regulations is NOT permitted to be sold in.

I hope you all understand that this is a decision that we have had to make due to the seriousness of Sony's perusal of tight distribution channels. I also strongly advise those of you who 'will chance it' to review your decision and avoid selling the PS3 until you are allowed to. We have all seen what has just happened to LikSang (A relatively large company) - Just think what they would do to a small trader!!

I hope this is clear to all that the moderators and I will be enforcing this across the forums.
