Basically, when you get a spammer, you respond on the thread, then you report the post (well I do). But the 35 second rule is still in, I was wondering whether this specific rule can be removed. Not the general rule.
I may be able to remove the restriction for certain usergroups, like yourself, but I wouldn't want it removed from every usergroup. As Ian has pointed out, its one of the few ways we can automate keeping spammers at bay.
