The buying and selling of Fakes on this forum will not be tolerated.

If you are looking to sell clothing it must be 100% authentic. If sellers are seen to be selling fake or replica goods, their post will be removed and they will be issued with a warning. If you get 2 warnings, you will be suspended from using the forum.

As for buying fakes, this is also a criminal offence, and is not allowed on the forum. If you wish to do this, please do not assosiate it with the forum. We do not wish to be associated with fake goods.

I am sorry i am having to take action on this, but i have noticed the majority of the clothing being sold is fake, and something has to be done about it.

Please either respect these wishes, or do not use the forum

A big round of applause to the Admin for this stance, it is worrying that some people are prepared to purchase "Branded" Names from far east suppliers, knowing that A) the quality is not approved by the registered Brand name company and B) If the clothes are coming from a genuine manufacturer of the garments on behalf of the Brand Name company, they are being sold Unofficially at knock down prices.

I deal with an Agent in Hong Kong who has shown me "Fakes" when it comes to printer cartridges, Genuine Epsom Packaging complete with hologram, but, they were fakes and the price of USD$1.00 (52p) made that blatantly obvious.

As an importer it really bugs me that sellers are happy to pass fake goods off either knowingly or unknowingly to their customers, a little common sense used by sellers will help their business move forward and establish a good reputation with their own customers, if your buying top named goods at stupidly low prices then it's obvious that something is not right, you then go onto sell to a customer who then finds a complaint, thats 1 customer you've probably lost and possibly one word of mouth enemy you've found.

Keep your customers satisfied and they will come back, keep them satisfied and they will spread by mouth details of the service you give, I know from personal experience that word of mouth does work well, I only pay for 1 monthly advert costing £115pm but my annual Turnover is in excess of £600,000 pa

Why Risk YOUR business reputation and your Livlihood for a quick couple of quid?

I fully agree. I was recently conned out of 6k by one of these dirty companies. All the products we sell now come to us withall authenticity cards and paperwork, original packaging etc.

A quick buck does not always work. We thought we were buying genuine items until after the event when the supplier mysterously dissapeared. ah well.. live and learn.

Look Henry within 15 seconds of being on your site I could tell you were prepared to sell FAKES if you are unaware people within the UK who sell FAKES can be prosecuted, I promise.....................
