Could you please elaborate how this exactly works? Suppose I have to pay tax/duties upon arrival of the order in my country. I guess I have to send you a copy of the tax/duties bill to you and you send the amount I paid back to me? How long will it take before I have my money back?

I placed an order on the previous threat, but am still waiting for an invoice (for almost 5 weeks now)
Did you start all over again with all orders on this new threat, meaning I have to file an order request again, and having to wait some more. Or are you still that busy that you haven't had the time do deal with my order ?
