For whoever bought these and is thinking of buying in the future, they are not authentic Apple nanos like you would find in a retail store. I have pictures of stock to verify this - please ask the seller for serial #s. The serial #s are not on the outside of the box or on the iPod itself - plus these units aren't shrink wrapped either. In fact, there is no UPC white sticker anywhere on the outside of the box. In addition, the front of the manual has "MP4 Player" written on it in the video. For anyone that has held a real nano/nano box and opened its contents will know these are not the characteristics of an authentic Apple iPod nano. I have the proof...PM me if you want to see it - or the seller should provide the pics/video if he's confident these are authentic.

Please post the proof here. If fake goods are being sold on this forum then the seller is in breach of forum rules and will have to be dealt with.

Anthony - the email with proof inside was sent minutes after your PM to me. I hope something will be done about this as the proof is undeniable (wrong placement of the play/pause button, VOL at the bottom of the click wheel, these can play videos and the CD is blue, not white like Apple sends out, etc...).
