hi yeah i did and.......... i............... er ..........shared my experiences in my posts

profit estimations too high

companies to buy from are all shops like zavvi play the hut(think http://www.find-games.co.uk/ and your there)

wholesalers don't show prices until you sub (only about 5 wholesalers)

gamejelly are listed on the the site to buy from, although you need a £35 sub

sometimes price comparison take into account secondhand games.

when you buy from the companies listed there, like zavvi, they limit your order. because all of them are personal use.

its not a gold mine but its kind of interesting reading

the amazon profit should be calculated on cheapest price. it isn't
the eBay profit should be calculated on SOLD items. i don't think it is

So to recap its a comparison site that lets you buy from commercial sites that don't let buy more than 5 copies. and take about 5 days to get to you.

its a bit damming, but i'm trying to find a use for the site

Whats the difference between this site and find-games.co.uk? Apart from the fact find-games is free?

difference is game assassin compares the prices to amazon and eBay, but kind of loosely. example: says £25 profit really kind of £1.50 profit if your lucky, kind of thing.

amazon comparison is a average price so it compares to every dead RRP listing on Amazon. remember it cost nothing to list on amazon, so some companies just list their whole catalog. a game might be £15.99 but there are 20 people selling it at £49.99 the average price would suggest you could make a profit. amazon lowest price sells. even with crappy feedback.

also there are about 3 other pages with 5 or 6 wholesalers that don't show prices. and a page about selling on ebay copied from the Internet.

i tried to sign up to one of the wholesalers to see the prices

If you are within your first 7 Days you can have a refund. Send me your username or your paypal email address and I will check.
You shouldn't have any problems emailing me, I have just tested it and it works. If it does fail again then PM me on here instead.

Afternoon all!

Following feedback from various people our Profit Potential for selling on Amazon's Marketplace is now calculated from the current lowest price on there instead of the average price.

Example:
ufc 2009 (ps3)
The Profit Potential to sell this on Amazon is currently £8.51
This is calculated like so:
The current lowest price for it on Amazon's Market Place is £31.50
You can buy it for £22.99 from the lowest priced supplier on our site.
The difference between the 2 prices is your profit potential (£8.50)

Easy

John

Hi John,

I've just signed up and the site looks quite good. Its asking me to change my password though, and I cant see where I do this!

Also I thought there might be sections for the different consoles but it seems to be just the search bar? Or am I being completely stoooopid and not seeing it?

Cheers
