You order from the supplier, it depends on the company really but delivery is usually around 2 - 5 days.

Is the site useful for businesses located ouside the UK? Or is the supplier list UK only?

Hi Ridges,

The majority of suppliers deliver outside of the uk, there are only few who don't.

And yes there are a mixture of retailers and harder to find suppliers, and we also provide a list on the site separate to the main content of company details for sites such as koch.

How often is everything updated? Is it realtime or certain times a week?

Hi Andy-al,

It varies between suppliers, some data such as ebay and amazon is updated in realtime and others are updated daily or for the smaller suppliers 2 -3 times per week.

I've signed up, your've got a very nicely present site especially withe profit margins, and the lists of potential retailers being shown. However there's a few little changes that would improve the how easy to use and how helpfully your site is to your customers.

I've found a number of items showing the price of an from a retailer that is out of stock and quoting the profit based on that out of stock price. There's no point showing that as the cheapest if they're out of stock, it just gives false hope.

Secondly I've seen the price thats quoted for certain items are for used and not new games. Therefore its unfair to compare against the prices on ebay or amazon, and it is also not listed on your site that they are used which is confusing.
