Just a quick question, say I sell these on eBay, a customer buys one and they claim it doesn't work (whether it does or doesn't doesn't matter), what do I do?

Ask them to tell you the code, and cross check it with your records. If it's wrong, tell them the correct code. If it's correct, then tell them to make sure you have entered it correctly. I don't give refunds, exactly for the reason that people can lie.

Yer I understand that but I'm registered as a business so I have no choice but to give refunds
