Jazzy,

As I said in my post I really couldn't be bothered to email you about the DSA titles being different to the first lot. I'm busy enough as it is and the likelyhood is that you would have asked me to send them back or promised to send more out blah blah blah...

As I told you previously when chasing for them I have sold these on already and can't afford any more delays. Granted you chucked into the box 4 copies of Power Rangers something or other but that's probably cost you £1 at most given you are selling them for 30p each.

Point is mate...hasn't been a good experience and I won't be buying anything further from you...customer service is everything and your's has been poor.

Failed Deliveries
Failed to answer emails chasing the second and third orders unti I threatened to post here
Product received is inferior to that ordered - CD's instead of DVD's and it looks like an older version of the title.

So you had correspondence or you did not ??? I take it your customer still took them as you have not mentioned that you failed to sell them on ? And you cant be botherd to e-mail jazzy and air your views as you dont have the time but have the time to post on the forum ??

If you cant be botherd to contact him directly first why bother posting on here as it makes no sense. You have given him no chance to resolve any issues (if there was any) instead you try trashing his thread as that is all you can be botherd to do.

There's been lots of correspondence between Jazzy and I...lots and lots of emails. Mostly me asking when the games would arrive.

I had to inform my customers that there had been a problem with the post and offer refunds if I was unable to supply by the end of the week.

At the end of the day we all have responsibilities and I decided that after having had to wait an unreasonable time for a product that ended being inferior to the one ordered was enough of an inconvenience to make a post. I'm left in a position where I will have to send these CD's out and hope that complaints don't come back to me.

As for my time, I consider it a good use of time to post on here...but a waste of time emailing back and forth with Jazzy when nothing is resolved.

What are you his lawyer or something?? Your probably work in the same bedroom as him!!

How can anything be resolved if you dont contact him ???

Your comments show your age Oli is able to stick up for him but i think you are being unfair when you complain about his customer service when by your own remarks YOU COULD NOT BE BOTHERD.

Simon at the end of the day if your not happy with the goods/service or anything I always would like to be contacted to enable me to be able to resolve the issue in one way or another.

I ordered a batch of these in especially for you, as I was aware that you were desperately after more DSA driving test software.

The freebies were simnply a gesture of goodwill!
