They are jap versions, Region 2 for UMD Movies.
There isn't much of a price break on these as they are very popular. I can do 10 for 1699.99 shipped. Can ship anywhere, might be a bit more expensive with shipping depending on where you want them shipped to.

These are all retail prices not wholesale. £199.99 for PSP 1.5, thats how much the end buyer pays for them on eBay. I had access to 1.5's for £110 a unit a couple of weeks back. Now I can get an unlimited supply of the firmware 2.0, which can be downgraded to 1.5 for a much better price.
