As a forum registered seller you have a responsibility to list stock and services in the correct format. Please review this thread and ensure you know what is required when posting for-sale threads and how best to go about designing them.

See below, which shows the standard format of a for-sale thread: (Notice mandatory fields.)

Stock For Sale - Title Here!

Brief Item/Stock Description: *
// Enter a short description of what it is for sale. Describe in brief what the item is and what your organisation is about (if required). The more detailed, the less questions and confusion you will have!

Stock Status: Physical / Brokered *
// Remember this is a required field and must be present in all for-sale threads! You should clearly state whether the stock is in your physical possession or you are brokering it or pre-selling it. If you don't have it in front of you or in your warehouse it is NOT "our" definition of physical stock!

Quantity Available or Minimum Order Quantity: *
// State here clearly for buyers what quantity is available and if a minimum order exists.

Location of the stock *
// State here where the stock is located, country specific is a bear minimum! Be as specific as possible please!

Price per unit / or total cost *
// Enter the price per unit or price of the total stock available. Also state price discounts/breaks for larger purchases.

Payment Methods
// Enter your accepted payment methods and state any relevant information that choosing a certain option will impact on the overall transaction. For instance, if you charge a premium for using Paypal or other then you should state this here!

Shipping Method
// Domestic and Worldwide shipping (if available) should be stated here, along with price and description of the service. Any relevant details (see payment methods) should also be mentioned.

Buyers Liabilities *
// You have to consider yourself in the buyers seat at this stage. Consider what they "may" be charged if they deal with you and specifically, this transaction. VAT, Import Taxes, ect should be stated here.

Images:
// If available, then attach or include URL to where the pictures of the stock are located.

Contact Details:
// How can the buyer get in contact with you with questions or orders? State that here.

Required fields that if not entered into a for-sale thread will force moderators to close the thread until corrected are marked by red asterisks. *
