As an update the following people are to recieve cash into their banks as from the start of next week:

Ara UK - Contacted today. £1600.00 refund.
Andrew Bell - Email sent to you Andrew. £977.00 refund.
Gavin Shearer £34.00 refund (Paypal Payment of £943.00 made)
'Jazzie' £977.00 cash refund into your bank account.

You will all be mailed this link. I will be also sending the above 80gb black video ipod as a goodwill gesture, for thew massive inconvience caused.

Still no refund despite an e mail 2 weeks ago claiming it has been done. Enough is enough, refund me. I have been VERY patient while waiting for my money.

EDIT:

Apparently did a bank transfer, latest news last night but this was 2 weeks ago. Will wait and see the outcome.

I still have no refund. I'm sick of all the false promises, when excatly is this going to be sorted out?
