Right heres my offer :
I have a partners page (links page), my forum (free links as per this forum) and three slots on every page that are available for links to other sites. Obviously the links on the pages are going to be for sites that directly come under the subject matter, which will provide my members with an extra resource but will also provide a highly relevent page link for the respective site (Google in particular loves this).
I have plans to start to charge for the individual page links eventually , however they are free at the moment and if one is taken as a free link then it will stay free as long as it is present on the page (providing my link stays as a recipricol link).
In return I will expect a link back, either from a partners page or from an individual web page if it is relevent to my site. These partner pages (link pages) that may contain my link must be linked to from the main page and obviously any individual page will be taken on its own merits.

Please put my details on your site and then contact me with the page that the link is on and the details that you would like to be placed on mine, at the moment I have no plans to put banner links on the site but if you can prove their value to me then I will consider them but I will place a charge (nominal) because I do not want it to be abused.
This may sound like I am dictating to people but I am making an offer that will help us all and when it comes to developing my sites I am serious, please note that I manually add sites to prevent abuse but I use an automated link checker to ensure sites are still linking back and any found to not still be doing so will be removed.
