As hopefully many of you are aware, Decembers member of the month will be decided by you, the community.

* If you missed the original thread, follow this link for further information: December 07 MOTM - Who wins? You decide!!

The following community members made it on to this months MOTM shortlist:

From the above list of usernames, you are permitted to choose one member and register your vote by using the poll provided above.

When you vote, you are welcome to post a short comment on your reasons for choosing the member you did, but since this a private vote, you don't have to if you don't want to.

Rules:

• Winner will be adjudged as the member with the most unique votes at the time of poll closure.
• Members who are on the shortlist are reminded that voting for yourself is an extremely egotistical thing to do and would be frowned upon if anybody could see you doing it. So please, don't do it!
• Members can only vote once.
• There is to be no vote enticing by those on the shortlist. (ie: Vote for me please ads) etc. Disqualification will be applied to those members who try this.
• Voting closes Friday 30th November.

Mike helped me out privately with a domain name and is always direct and to the point - I really like that, even though you sometimes don't want to hear it!

Dean is simply a fountain of knowledge and for a man who appears to be at the helm of such a large & successful business, where does he find the time?

Had to pick mike after reading alot of his posts for many a month now and they are all pure quality and straight to the point and helpful all the time

He is a great member and seems like a top bloke too,
