you could always use google translate to find out. thats what i usually do.

Did you look at the pic?

To use google, he'd need to know how to write chinese, and if he knew how to write it, he wouldn't need to google it

I think there are some chinese trader around this forum.

so it would be able to help in anytime. My experiences to deal with Chinese supplier.

what you needs a contection in china or you got a Friend who understand chinese if possible .

coz that would be a good way to extend your business. and save your money.

Hello uni708,
it's a personal retail business license. I think he would be a scammer. Since the license is not clear.
