As everyone here has said if it is being sold as a branded product then steer well clear of it. It is guaranteed to be a fake if they are claiming to be a big brand name and not worth the hassle you could get yourselve involved in. If you look around enough, even on ebay, there are plenty prodcuts where you can make similar margins with products that are not branded.

I was looking at a site (advertised on this website via banners) that claim to have genuine Ipods, with apple warrenty (about 6 months left) sold as shop returns (not new). They're being sold with accessories and in original box, but may have some scratches or cosmetic damage.

Are these likely to be genuine? They're being sold at about £30+delivery for a 4gb nano. Price seems a bit high to be fakes, as they retail from apple at £99, and these are sold as returns.

Never mind, after a few emails with the seller they finally admitted they are fakes.
Sad that they can get away with blatently lying on their sites. I wonder how many people didn't quiz them about their authenticity before buying them.

Make sure they dont only accept Western Union or somthing similar its an untraceable method of payment favoured by the scammers.
Gold member on tradekey means nothing much really. The status is bought for around $5000 a year for membership and gives a false sense of secuirty to the average user (but not sterotyping all of them, there are genuine guys on tradekey but unfourtanatly these scammers give them a bad name).
If they accept a secured payment type (credit card, paypal) then there is less chance of it being a scam but it still is not garanteed.
