How does one go about verifying the integrity of a supplier short of a fly and buy? They may sound nice talking on the phone... but one never knows.

And how do you verify the experience of a broker (how do you know their supplier is legit)?

Yes, yes, go directly to the factory, get a group buy, yadda yadda, but currently those are not options at the moment

Any ideas?

I tend to get to know the supplier first i.e speak to them quite a few times read between the lines that sort of thing , then order samples , then when i satisfied buy the goods , basically its all comes down to trust , and are you willing to trust them, also i try checking the background like website details and do company checks on them , things like that

Thanks for the links!

About the whois: So I see their ISP and their ISP's office address and phone number. What exactly does this prove?

Does it match the details on the website if so then chances are the website is a real site and not a scammer
