well lets just say this, the experience i expected to be smooth is not that way, i bought from a seller that has great i trade feedback and everybody raves about how great he is. i made purchase and have nothing but headache and lots of e-mails that get nowhere. 3 weeks on i have no goods and no refund .
However, i bought from a fairly new seller on here that doesnt have any i trade feedback and basically i paid on thursday, the company tried to deliver yest and today and have rearranged delivery for tommorow, i am at least grateful that there are goods to deliver this time around, so im looking forward to getting the package tommorow, that transaction was smooth, constant e-mails and answers, has promised that if i am not happy, or anyu of the spare parts dont work he will replace, has also offered me several other great deals and i have asked for a certain product and he is looking into it for me and will let me know at the end of the week, that is a contact i intend to keep! cant ask fairer than what he is doing!

not sure if i will get in trouble by anthony for sharing their name or not, i am just giving my opinion and the transaction experience, lies about having the stock there, next minute they are waiting for order, lost item, delivery to someone else, even though the tracking number i was given by the seller himself, when i called parcel force they delivered item, to ipswhich, i live in balham, i dont even know where ipswich is it is honestly turning into a living nightmare for me.

but im glad that my other transaction has been smooth sailing as it just proves all transactions may not be the same, it counteracts the bad and helps me believe that not every1's experience will be the same no matter how good others claim they are! judge for yourself i say! but there are definately some goodies to be had in the marketplace i cannot lie.

This is just the sort of thing Anthony DOES want to hear about.

While nothing online is bulletproof, the paid advertisers here are vetted as far as identity and such and are held to a standard.

Unfortunately, it seems like several times a year a problem does crop up. It usually turns into "I took your money and passed it on to make a group type buy and we all got stung", but you never know.

I don't think any ever come here with the intent to rip anyone off, but situations change, something comes up, suddenly you find yourself with a large chunk of money and strange things can happen.

Overall, the occurrence of bad deals here is much less than on the internet, but short of becoming a broker and holding funds, there is not much Anthony can do to guarantee that every deal is a good one.

jayjrc, you can't get in trouble for the facts. Others here don't mind telling about bad deals and you'll be doing others a favor. If it turns out to be a legitimate mistake, it will get worked out and you can say that you are now happy. But you should never have to go through what you are going through.

PM Anthony with the details, but don't hesitate to post it here in the meantime.

That's why I was asking Pete so many people can take that little bit of extra caution when buying from that particular seller.
