Default Question for selling branded clothings.

After reading couple posts, a question just build up in my head.

So, recently, I found a clothing supplier who is authorized retailer of a designer brand. If I purchase that brand clothings from that "authorized retailer", am I allowed to resell them in my website and other websites?
The reason I came up with this question because I am not an authroized retailer of that designer brand; will I get into any trouble if I resell them??

thanks, Kevin

Depends on whose goods you are selling but you should be okay so long as you steer clear of ebay

let say, Rock and Republic, True Religion and William Rast Jeans.
Ebay, not in my priority, but may be I would use it somehow to draw some attentions.

It honestly depends on the brand. Some brands will not allow you to distribute their products unless you are on their books, others will have a slightly more relaxed attitude.

You can get a definitive answer from the brand owners themselves, contact them via phone or email at their website.
