I'm really looking for some help on questions I have with importing apparel in to the US. I have some apparel in a large quantity which I would like to import to the US but haven't figured out if they will hold my stuff or send it back. I read many pages on the gov websites but my question as to: Do I need a licence to import Designer clothing directly from a manufacturing plant? If I do, where do I get info on this?

What are the restrictions on importing designer clothing?


Any help would be highly appreciated.

If all I have to do is just pay taxes and duty then no prob, but I get a feeling there's much more to it. Thanks!
