Does thinking constitute working?? In terms of actual hands on work I maybe do only 15-20 a week dispatching orders, emailing, delegating instructions..., but I spend probably another 30 lying in bed strategising and planning things

I am another firm believer of inputs = outputs

I put in usually 8hrs a day, but sometimes 4 and sometimes 12 - depending on season, day of the week, tradeshows etc etc

I am into brand name apparel as my user name suggest lol

I spend alot of time researching and planning, making changes, etc. Not enough time processing orders as my site is still only a few eeks old so I've only had 6...lol, but I spend alot of time thinking about where I want it to go, how I want it to progress, hoping it will get the chance to get there, etc. Also looking for potential new suppliers if/when it does, but I am pretty much constantly thinking/talking about it even if I am not at my computer.
