What do you do to actually work so few hours?

At the moment, none as I am trying to get it to go back into the family (it is their business after all, I only took over while one was ill).

I took it as though he only does 1 hour per day work and this is his only business, maybe I misinterpreted his post.

Woodley B I can identify with girlfriends that take ages to get ready LOL.Since staring my business I actually enjoy being able to quickly check my emails/sales! I have a part time lecturers/teachers job hence the reason I started with my business. The firs 4-5 months I have been spending 6-7 hours on top of my teaching and preparation.
However, now I am slowly lowering the time spent constantly checking emails and spending less but more productive time changing and updating listings and processing orders.

Too much. Althought I've found running the business day to day (such as listing items, packing and posting, dealing with customers) is only an hour or two every day. Trying to grow the business such as getting a website, find new products, new suppliers, new deals, new markets, and of course reading these forums for advice takes up a lot more of my time.

About twenty five hours a day at the moment and that's just trying to source a supplier!

Heaven knows how many hours it'll be when I do actually decide on one.
