Too many

You could spend a few hours a day and have something average going, but you get back what you put in.

Considering i have a regular Mon-Fri 9-5 job, my 'sideline' in the gaming market needs afew hours a day input to update listings, package new orders, unpack new deliveries and make contact with my regular contacts and suppliers.

But, as ISYDROPSHIP pointed out, you get back what you put in. Back in October I placed my first order and started off with a £750 'loan' from my parents and brought a pallet of PC items, webcams, mice, keyboards, speakers, etc. I am now about to start my 6th month of selling and now spend on average £250-£750 a WEEK all of which was funded by that original £750 so i have to completely agree, you are rewarded for what you put in.

I start at 6am most mornings and I can be in the office till 7pm most days. The amount of time you dedicate to your buisness depends on your level of commitment and what you want to get out of it.

I have been accused by more than one here of never sleeping.

I spend what is necessary over a 16 to 18 hour day. With customers and hosting clients from Eastern Europe to Australia and New Zealand and a partner and distribution center in China, I've got a truly global business and find there is often something something somewhere that needs attention.

But I can walk away when necessary and take many 5 to 15 minute visits to the rest of my house and my family, as well as an hour walk most days. And I've always got a book going. So, I'm available and accessible most of the day, but I am not simply grinding it out the whole time.

Actual productive hours, average maybe 10. But it can be for 7 days a week at times. Just today 2 new hosting accounts, for instance. Not major projects, but they paid their money and expect results.
