I'm receiving a partial refund of $2000 from a supplier in Canada.
Their bank is "Royal bank", and mine is "NatWest"

Anyone know how long it should take to reach my account?

Only around 2 days if urgent, otherwise 3-4.

Bear in mind (from my experience at least) that although when you pay them they'll insist on you paying all bank fees, when they return the money they probably won't return the favour, and once you combine the bank's fees with their cut on the exchange rates, you'll likely still find yourself a bit out of pocket.
