Default Tax Havens

I'm seeking out a tax haven that lets me keep more of my business profits!

I work as a sole proprietor out of the UK at present, but most of my sales are to the US. I was wondering if there are any places in Europe where I could relocate to that are known tax havens.

Any suggestions?

You can send your money offshore but you will pay tax on it when you bring it back into the the UK to spend it. There are a couple of loopholes still available

I have a question. In which country is your web server hosted in and will this have any effect? If your website is in the USA and your customers are located in the USA you should have been paying tax on your earnings in the USA. I have never been too hot on how jurisdictions work online but the fact that you own the website and you are not in the USA is irrelevant here ... otherwise no-one would ever pay tax?

All such countries have different regulations.

Consider Switzerland if you are wishing to relocate a business as they are extremely generous with regard to business taxes (or lack of).

For give me for being nieve about this one but surely if your web server is in the states and you are selling to the states from the states you will still have to pay tax in the states regardless of where you register your company. Just registering your company in a lower tax place surely has no relevence or noone would pay any tax.

I used to work for a company called Raceo. They are a lottery with results based the outcome of horse races. The servers physically has to be hosted on an indian reservation in canada (where most online gambling sites are hosted) we used to support the servers from the UK and were a Uk registered company but it was the location of the servers that counted.

The location where the transaction takes place is what is relevant. There are many large companies incorporated in Switzerland however so hosting would be a non issue if located there.

It's best to consult a specialist in this area for specific advice relating to your situation.

Hi,
If you are looking for offshore tax havens, I would like to suggest you for an incorporation services provider called www.taxhavencompany.com/ It covers nearly everything you need to do for a Seychelles incorporation of an offshore company; opening a bank account; renewal annually; attesting the documents in the required consulates; Apostille service; keeping the records confidential.

All the best!
