Arrrrrrggghhhh that thud you just heard was my brain doin a backflip!!!!!

So......to get back on track folks,would i be right in thinking that the amount of info on an ivoice can vary from the very basic to the highly detailed but both types are acceptable?Could someone please give me an idiots guide and list the basic details required on an invoice pleeeeeeeaaasssee!!!

Not quite, but you are along the right lines.

I heard stories of many people in my industry awaiting return paymments from the VAT man for more than £500+K each quarter. It was rife with both phones and more so believe it or not original mobile phone accessories.

Details you need as follows:

Supplier: Name & address

Supplier: invoice number

Supplier: Date

Customer: Name & Address

Customer: Order details/totals

Thats about it off the top of my head.
