If you have not yet made any acquisitions yet you must enclose evidence to show that you are going to in the future

how do you produce this evidence?

do you make taxable supplies in the uk

i take this means do i add 17.5% tax on my sales in the uk, which would be a no as of this moment

and as for bank details is this your main normal account, and if so why? do they need it to check up on whats coming in and out of it?

Given your smart answers in other threads, I should have thought you would be well equipped on your first question.

A taxable supply is anything you sell which will be subject to VAT if you sell enough of it (service) or them (goods).

It is not unusual, due to set up costs for a business, perhaps a little slow to build the volume of sales and so forth, for a business' first VAT return to state more VAT paid than collected, so a VAT refund is due. The VAT office pay that directly into the business account. The bank will not let them snoop into an account without proof that they suspect illegal dealings.

I have this strong feeling you haven't liked me from the start mate...it could just be me but that is what it has seemed from the moment ive come here

or do you mean "smart answers" as in intelligent well equipped replies, or from what im thinking "smart arse" replies.

so the reason for bank details is just in case they owe you money , ok great. and it would be your main account not one which you need to setup as a business account.

so how does a person give evidence showing that in the future they will do business? as i couldn't understand how a person could do this

thank you for your replies

Why don't you start trading then apply to become VAT registered? Are you planning to sell business to business or just consumers?

its something i feel i need to do to gain practice, as it takes me a long time to get used to something , hell it took me 6 months before i understand the basics of networking systems.

so its just something i need to do myself, that most likely some people not like me wouldn't need to do .

so how does a person give evidence of what they will do in the future? as i find thats rather an impossible task...simlar to being asked to look into the future ? bit of sarcasm there

I take my hat off to you - that was an original answer

DO you realise it could actually make you business worse? Have you done the calculations?
