Importing no-brand goods from china is it legit?
Hello, on several chineeses sites, they sell goods with no brand, like digital cameras, MP3/MP4 players and the famous CECT phone (like iphone).Is it legit to import and sell them (without do any comparaison of existing product of course)?

You should have no problem with that. It's when you represent them as brand name goods that you get into trouble. You could even call them cdm13 brand and be OK.

As long as you do not import any products with logos or slogans of particular resemblance to existing brands, you are not doing anything lawfully wrong. You are free to get them in and resell them locally. They are probably in the same wavelength as OEM products in the eyes of customs.

Do that means that i can import a cect phone there is looking like a iphone and brand it as my own name and its all legal?

It's legal if you import a brandless phone or manufacture an iPhone look alike from scratch and put your own name on it. However, when you're talking about importing a CECT phone or even try to replicate the CECT logo and pass it off as your own, you are stepping in the illegal circle. You should be aware that when you're doing that, you are actually infringing CECT's trademark and its copyrights. They will still be able to drag you to court and demand for a compensation.
There's a fine line between what is legal and what is not. Try to dabble in less complex brands and products if you're not sure about it. Or better, consult a professional.
