Hi there, i need with information regarding duty price,tax, VAT etc (all other charges i may incur) on importing mobile phones from china.
I need a nice and easy break down on this topic to understand this, thanks in advance

I had done a search b4 making my thread but only managed to find two threads that werent that clear

In words of one syllable, then:

Import duty, electronics goods for China 3.5% Mobile phones are electronic.
VAT on imports 17.5%

All other charges will be quoted by the carrier upon application.

^ basically, China isnt the best place to go about Getting mobile phones from because most of the things they sell are immitations

How good are the immatations??? I mean they look like the real thing but what are they like software wise anyone know?

Immitations are the least of your worries, and also any buyer with 2 braincells will be able to spot fakes and should know to steer clear!

what you need to check out is if the phones have unique IMEI numbers... majoirty of china suppliers use the SAME IMEI numbers, this is ILLEGAL.
